Tell us what you are planting. We will tell you what we can supply, and when.

Species lists, plant schedules and drawings are welcome. If you are still at design stage and only want to know what is available at what size, that is a useful enquiry too.

What to tell us

Whatever you have is enough to start. If you can include any of the following, the first reply will be more useful:

• Species, or the effect you are after if the schedule is still open
• Quantity, and the size or calliper you are drawing
• Destination country and port
• When the site needs the trees
• Project type — resort, civic, residential, infrastructure

Plant schedules and drawings are welcome in any format. Send them with your message. A consultant’s schedule with a row per species is best sent to Thailand Tree Farm, which answers in the same columns you sent.

What happens next

You get a reply from a person, not an autoresponder. It confirms which species we can supply at the sizes you need, the root-ball dimensions those sizes carry, and an indicative lead time to your destination. How the ball is built, wrapped and loaded is set out in full on our nursery site. Where we cannot supply something, we say so and suggest what else would work.
