A small flowering tree with distinctive twin-lobed leaves and orchid-like flowers in pink to magenta. Its scale suits courtyards, villa gardens and street planting where a full canopy tree would be too large.

Landscape use
Entrances, walkways, garden borders, courtyards and resort planting. Useful as a single specimen at a focal point, or repeated along a path where the scale of a large canopy tree would overwhelm.
The flowering season is a distinct event in the year. Outside it the twin-lobed foliage carries the tree handsomely, so it holds its place in a scheme in every season.
